Move over Wall-E and R2-D2 there is a new super cute and cool robot in town and his name is Keepon!
My Keepon is the fuzzy bright yellow robot who has become an internet sensation, if you don't belive me just check out YouTube.
So your probably asking right now 'what is my keepon and what does it do'?
Well My Keepon is the toy version of a $30,000 robot that was designed by by two scientists Dr. Hideki Kozima and Dr. Marek Michalowski of BeatBots and they were using the original Keepon Pro in playrooms to study social development and autism. In their spare time they posted videos on YouTube of the fluffy yellow robot dancing to different music and from there it went viral!
My Keepon basically is fully interactive and responds to sounds and beats and it's this sophisticated software that really does make My Keepon standout from all other toys/gadgets.
Basically My Keepon has two different modes:
Dance Mode:
In Dance Mode Keepon moves and groves like nothing you have ever seen before and what's more he doesn't have any music preference, so if it's R&B your into or just like to relax with some classical tunes, My Keepon loves them all and moves and dances accordinly.
It is the built in mic and the advanced software that allows keepon to pick up every sound and beat and respond to it.
Now when I say that he moves and dances, I really do mean that this little yellow ball of fluff can really bust-a-move and throw out shapes like you have never seen before!
Touch Mode:
Then as we enter touch mode we see another side to my Keepon and this is where he melts your heart and becomes your brand new pet or even friend. My Keepon is covered in touch sensors and is fully responsive to any type of touch, from tickling and poking to patting and squeezing he will react in different ways. That's not all, My Keepon's mood also changes in response to your touch, with varying different emotions ranging from curious, to excited, to sleepy, and everything in between.
My Keepon Features:

*Dance mode: My Keepon loves to dance. A built-in microphone means My Keepon can hear your music, pick up the beat, and dance to it in its own amazing style. Simply put on your favourite songs and watch My Keepon start to move. Just like you, My Keepon will never dance the same way twice, so you will never tire of watching (or joining in)
*Touch mode: My Keepon will respond to your touch with movement and sound, and loves to be patted, tickled and entertained. You can even make it sneeze – just scratch its nose!
