I got this ship a while back and I love it! This is one of the coolest ships. Now pros & Cons.
Pros.
The new minifiges.
Flick fire missles.
Ships stabilaty.
It was fun to build and play with.
The Han Solo in corbonite is pretty sweet!
I could not believe this set once I had it complete. The intricacy is just fantastic. I had a blast building this set and it was actually a little challenging, even for someone who has been building for 20+ years. To start with, the box itself was pretty imposing, I was expecting something a tad smaller. It took me awhile to complete this, and it was fun watching Slave 1 take shape the entire time. The "wings" (I don't speak Star Wars-ese, so I don't know the technical name) are a great innovation and the missiles in the middle that you push from the back are superb. All of Boba Fett's gear is a nice add-on as well. I only have two problems with the item: the stickers and flick-fire missiles. Way too many stickers and if you mess them up once, they are not easily re-applied. The flick-fire missiles are poorly positioned, even my son has difficulty firing them, and he has small hands! Other than the stickers and the flick-fire missiles I can really say this is one of the better sets I have had the pleasure of constructing. Definitely purchase this ASAP.
