Lego City Airport
The Lego Airport is going to be one of the most-wanted lego sets in the run up to Christmas and demand will out stripe supply as we move towards the crazy festive shopping season.

The Lego Airport is Lego's latest set and part of their mega selling city range. With the lego city sets you can start building your own city of lego featuring everything would would expect to see in a real city, like a fire station, garage, police station, railway station and now a airport.
The lego airport will keep you busy for hours as you construct the airport terminal and a passenger jet plane with the 703 pieces of lego that come with this lego set.
The lego city airport is fully functioning and has some fantastic extra features and details that you will enjoy like the revolving doors that take you into the terminal building, then you have a check in desk and an airport security checkpoint with X-ray machine just like in a real life airport, there is even a small café and waiting lounge area that you can chill out in while waiting for your flight to take off.
Of course no plane would be able to take-off without the help of the control tower, so it's just as well that it is included also.

Best lego city set I`ve seen so far.
"When I got this set, I was AMAZED! (which is good, because I saved up for a month and a half to get this!)
Lego has truly made the best airport set so far!
Ratings: Terminal 3/5
I definetly have mixed feelings about the terminal
because the outside is incredible, but the inside is
pretty pathetic. I mean, there isn`t even any stairs or
wind tunnel! I don`t know if I got a dud spinning brick
or what because the revolving door spins waaaaay
slower then the grand emporium door! The terminal is:
okay.
baggage cart: 4/5
now this is cooll! I really like this baggage cart a lot
better than the cargo plane baggage cart. It could
definetly use a few more suitcases though.
baggage cart: good
control tower: 4/5
similar to the terminal, there is no ladders or stairs
for the minfigs to climb up, it is very realistic, however
but there is one problem: there is nothing to stop the
windows flipping to the side! control tower: good.
jet:5/5
This jet is the biggest reason I bought this set
The jet is HUUUUUUUUUGE! the door works most of the time. the roof is really sturdy yet easy to come off.
One thing that`s reallygreat is that the symbol on the
tailfin is printed on which is nice because I hate giant
stickers! inside is twele chairs, one for the pilot and one for the co-pilot and ten passenger chairs. there`s also
room for one more chair right behind the door to the left.
and there`s also a sink, a cargo hold in the back, and a microwave to cook the lousy food. one thing that`s new
is lego used the part that holds the wings together is now being used as a table!
jet: excelent
overall set: excelent
"I got this set a few days ago,and let me just say, what hit me was the massive size.I was like,''Oh my god! That is huge!''I brought it inside, and opened it,and started building it.It was worth the 99$.I was very impressed with it's ''realistic'' look.
The plane was very cool and like a real plane, the characters
are great, the tower is pretty cool, the steward is cool, and the airport is the 2nd best thing about this set.It was great play,
pretending to fly and getting tickets at the airport,etc.etc..This
is a very good set to play with.Almost(notice the word almost
)everything is great! It is a better play then Grand Emporium,
or Shuttle Adventure,or anything higher then 99$
"If your looking to add to a city layout, or just build an airport, this is a good set to go with.
The airplane, like others in this theme are great. Roof pieces come off for easy access. The plane itself has great swoosh value. If your looking to add this to a layout, be prepared to add additional parts. The airport itself has some nice features and will help to give you some ideas on a much larger building.
The set took less than an hour to assemble, and was well laid out. At just over 14 cents a brick, it could have been a little cheaper."
"Lego has gone all out with this set. It has two floors and a control tower that isn't attached to the top of the airport. Plus, there is a security check and a cafe. Get this airport, you won't regret it, and, it's better than the older set."
