What happens when you mix the world of James Bond and Disney Pixar's Cars together? Well the answer is Finn McMissile!

Finn McMissile is the latest character to join the Cars world and I think he's going to be very popular! Voiced by the great Sir Michael Caine Finn McMissile is a smooth talking british secret agent and is packed with so many gadgets that even James Bond would be jealous!

So let's take a closer look at the new Cars 2 Secret Spy Attack Finn McMissile toy car and we will let you know our thoughts.

Cars 2 Secret Spy Attack Finn McMissile Review

The first thing we notice when looking at the new Finn McMissile Talking car (yes, that’s right I did say talking car) is that it comes in a open ‘try me’ packaging where you can see Finn McMissile in all his glory. The back of the box highlights all the additional special features that you get with this spy car which we will go into.

The first thing to notice when unboxing this car is just what a fantastic job that Mattel have done, Finn McMissile looks amazing! This is a big car, Finn measures around 12 inches in length, by 5 inches wide. When first looking at this car you will amazed at just how normal it looks with all its gadgets hidden, it could blend in very easily with the other cars. Then when you push the button on the bonnet, the side missiles shoot up from behind the headlamps and Finn McMissile speaks (it uses Michael Caine’s voice which is even more amazing.) one of a number of phases like ‘Target Sighted’. The missiles actually launch as well by clicking the button on the side of the missile launcher, so be careful not to lose them as you don’t get any spares with this toy.

But that’s not all, if you then press down on the rear bumper another missile pops up from the boot and also at the same time a green targeting screen (you can see this in the image above) shoots forward over Finn’s windscreen covering his eyes.
I love the way that this car is put together, everything feels very solid and it is every easy to put back all the gadgets that pop up from Finn when you press the relevant buttons.

The Secret Spy Attack Finn McMissile car as I have already mentioned speaks and this car comes with numerous different phrases and sound fx like gun fire and explosions. To hear each of the different phrases you just need to keep pushing down on the bonnet button to run through them.

Overall I would say that this is one of the best Cars 2 toys on the market at the moment, playability is fantastic and so is the overall build quality. Here at Kids Top Toys we are already tipping the Secret Spy Attack Car as one of this Christmas top toys for 2011!
