Just like with last year's hit Pixar movie Toy Story 3, Hasbro have teamed up with Pixar to release a cars 2 monopoly board game.
This new version of monopoly is unlike anything you have seen before. To start off with the track is shaped like an actual race track.
Aimed at children from the ages of 5 and above, it is suitable for 2 to 4 players with the average game playing time about 20-30 mins.
Included in the box you get 1 racetrack (in 4 pieces), 1 Lightning McQueen racecar, 1 gameboard, 16 Cars cards, 16 tires, 8 Pitties, 4 character movers, 16 Chance chards, money pack and instructions.

So let's take a more in depth look at the new Disney Cars 2 Monopoly set. The first thing you will notice about this monopoly board game is that it is round and shaped like a race track, this design isn’t that new for anyone that has seen last year’s monopoly revolution, but the fact that it is in a bright red and that Lightning McQueen is the actual dice that you shoot around the top of the board makes the look and feel of this Disney monopoly set something really special.
So what is the main difference between this Monopoly and the normal edition?
Well to start with you don’t have any dice, instead you get the whizz Lightning McQueen around the track that sits above the actual play board, this alone adds a real sense of fun to the classic board game.
Also instead of buying properties and streets you go around the board buying different Cars 2 characters. The other notable difference is that as this board game is aimed at children from 5 years and up they have made the money in single denominations so it’s easier for the younger children to count.
